I wish...

I wish a lot of things. I wish I was a more faithful blogger. I wish technology was nicer to me. I wish I backed up my photos more often. Ugh. I think I am still bitter about my computer crashing and losing all my pictures and videos... Not to mention my school notes and church folders. But it's a new year and I need to do better. So here's for trying. :)
Again.
Another year.
Who knows maybe it will be better. :)
We had a good November and December. The holidays were great and it was nice seeing family and being our own little family. Here's the last 2 months in pics:

Meet the newest Rowe. :) this is roxy and she is a St. Bernard/ lab mix. Cute and large. :)

This was our Christmas Eve adventure. Lots of new fluffy snow, a sled, and a ranger. Good times and lots of laughs.

Love the outfit. :)

Looking for the perfect launching point.

Making Santa a plate of cookies. Notice how some are partially eaten. :)

Our Christmas tree had to be on top of a table to prevent little mason, roxy, or panda from pulling anything off. The blinds have to be pulled up a bit so mason doesn't crumple them. Someday we will be able to put things on the floor.... And it will be glorious.
A rockin rider pony... Clipity clop, clipity clop :)

Mason's January picture.
I'm trying to track her growth with pics. Inside the kennel is an easy way to see it.
Masons rocking horse that happens to sing the same clipity clop song as madi's horse. Ironic... We didn't buy either of them and grandma & grandpa bought madi's for her for Christmas and gram & pappy bought masons for him for Christmas.
Again i say... Ironic. :)
Early morning breakfast.
Mason got his first haircut!
From this....

To this. :)

The damage.
Making messes. :)

Good sibling bonding time. :)
This is the face he has started making recently. So hilarious. He tilts his chin up and squints his eyes and smiles really big. Makes me laugh every time.
But it always happens fast and I still can't quite catch it.
Just got her this sweatshirt and she loves it because of the pocket on the front. Funny funny girl.
In the stage of "watch!! Watch!!" And when she doesn't think you are giving it enough attention, this is what happens. :)
Napping buddies

Madi still loves preschool and going to primary and learning songs. Mason is growing fast and really close to walking. He cruises on all the furniture and walls and can climb up the stairs. Down the stairs is a little sketchy. Actually down the stairs just doesn't happen on his own. It's more trectcherorous than anything.
Brian's job is going good. We like where we live! It's in the banana belt of montana I feel! Weather has been so great this winter. I still enjoy my part time work, and we are anxiously engaged in surviving another year! :) welcome 2014!

It happened....

I knew someday it would happen, but I guess I pretended it wouldn't happen to me. My computer crashed. :( and because I'm awful at backing up I have lost a lot of videos and pictures. Sad day. Alas I was able to get some files off before it went ka-put (and yes that is the technical term) but still there are a lot that are gone. However to look at the bright side I didn't lose them to a fire or burglary. Simply lost them because I'm too stuck in my ways and lazy. Yup you're right that isn't a bright side at all.
But there is no use crying over spilt milk so I learned a very valuable lesson and hopefully I will change my ways.

So I realized I haven't posted any madi-isms lately so here are a few to ponder. :)

10/8
I want to ride on the axamator (treadmill).

10/11 making pancakes. Lets make shapes! Like circles and diamonds and ovals.... But not a haucktagon... That would be hard.

10/14
Why do you say no n' no n' no n' no...

10/15
In the car on the 7th hour, "I just want to be grumpy. I'm going to be mad...... And loud. My family can't talk. Just me."

10/26
Mom you're the "no" one and dad is the "yes" one.

Ewww I smell like a pig. (While running)

10/27
Discussing the probability of madi getting cocoa.(10 mins prior) Meanwhile playing the "say what I say" game. Then she says, "mom, say what I say, say you do want cocoa or you don't want cocoa." Ok, you do want cocoa or you don't want cocoa. "Ya, I do want cocoa. Can I have it now?"
I seriously just got played.

10/28
Daddy, you are going to be a princess for Halloween. The end.

Gold miners again dad?! What about the croods? As she threw her hands up in the air.

11/1
Madi it's time for our favorite show! "It's time for gold miners dad?!?"

And here are some pics of Halloween and this and that. Fortunately because I technology I'm blessed to have a phone that takes decent pics so I still have some!! :)

See how the seat to the bouncer is no longer where it should be? Ya that was madi. :)
Breakfast time!!
My fall porch. That wreath I made from a Pinterest post. :) I was pretty happy with it. My porh needs some work... But ya it's what we got right now. :)
On our way to the branch party! Trunk or treating!!
Who's the cutest cowgirl witch and farmer you've ever seen?!? :) ya right here right? :)
Poor guy was teething and had a fever and really didn't feel very good. :(
So sad.
But still has a cheerful side.
Look! He went from army crawling to getting up on his knees in no time at all!! Agh life is speeding up!
Our cute M&M's
Just us. :)

Some of the latest and greatest from the rowe's. :)
Maybe I will blog more often now that I have a greater appreciation for documenting my life in places that don't crash? Ya probably not but maybe?
